This workshop will cover what WordPress’ “Themes” are and how you can use them to customize your site.  WordPress Themes provide control over the look and presentation of the material on your website but in general are separate from the content.

The panel will discuss the many different options for getting a theme from free themes, commercial themes and custom themes as well as options that support mobile users via themes.

Who is this session intended for?

This session is for anyone new to WordPress who wants to understand the ins-and-outs of how a website owner can achieve a visual design for their WordPress website as well as anyone who knows WordPress but has the same questions. This session is for non-technical people but technical people unfamiliar with WordPress can benefit too.
